Very happy with IOTA. Right from the enquiry, to video call briefing and showing the product live from their showroom, from booking, payment method to coordinating the arrival of the product, its been a professional friendly approach by Ms. Kirti, the IOTA staff. Even the mechanic guy Suresh, who came all the way from Delhi to Pune was so friendly, and did an excellent installation of the product i bought. Great job IOTA.
