We were looking for an 8 seater sofa for our living room..we spent 2 days searching in Kirti Nagar and MG Road..finally we landed at IOTA store Kirti Nagar, the collection was exclusive and making a choice was not at all tough..Kalpana was really helpful and helped us in making the right choice.. At the time of delivery on of our two seater sofa which we bought randomly without any prior planning (coz it was really appealing n well suited for our kids room) was a bit defective but still Kalpana coordinated very efficiently and the owner himself assured us to get it rectified..and as promised it was rectified very well.. All over our experience was really nice and collection is really fabulous n exclusive…initially it might seem to be costly but it is really worth it…I have received many compliments for my living room furniture 😍…

Very happy with IOTA. Right from the enquiry, to video call briefing and showing the product live from their showroom, from booking, payment method to coordinating the arrival of the product, its been a professional friendly approach by Ms. Kirti, the IOTA staff. Even the mechanic guy Suresh, who came all the way from Delhi to Pune was so friendly, and did an excellent installation of the product i bought. Great job IOTA. Looking forward to buy more products from you.
